MAADI Law - Orland Park

When we first met with the team at Maadi Law, the conversation began with intention. How should the space feel? What should a client sense the moment they walk in? What should the environment say about the people working there?

We talked about strength. About trust. About quiet confidence. We referenced elements from our previous projects — rich materials, layered textures, spaces that feel established but still modern.

And then I saw their logo. That’s when the direction became even clearer. After discussing the overall intention of the space and reviewing references together, we mentioned Ralph Lauren Home as a source of inspiration. Not as a literal template — but as a reference. That timeless, structured elegance. Deep royal blue. Warm wood. Leather. Texture. A space that feels grounded and confident without trying too hard.

The royal blue walls became the backbone of the design. In a modern law office, blue carries authority and calm at the same time. It feels intelligent. Balanced. It creates presence without being overpowering. We translated that classic inspiration into a contemporary implementation — cleaner lines, architectural detailing, modern lighting — but still layered and warm.

The carpet plays a quiet but important role throughout the office. We selected a modern pattern with subtle movement, something visually interesting but not distracting. In areas with a more open layout, carpet also helps with sound control. It absorbs echo, softens footsteps, and makes conversations feel more private. Especially in a legal setting, that acoustic comfort matters. It creates a more focused and respectful environment.

The waiting area was designed to make people feel at ease before their appointment even begins.

Modern leather chairs offer structure and comfort at the same time. They feel solid, but welcoming. Behind them, the wallpaper wraps all the way to the ceiling, carrying a soft linear movement that echoes the tones found in the carpet. It creates a cohesive envelope around the room and adds visual interest without overwhelming the space. It’s modern, warm, and intentional — not just a place to sit, but a space to pause.

In the conference room, a wood chest with circular detailing adds depth and rhythm to complement the walls. The darker framing contrasts beautifully with the natural wood tones, bringing warmth into a room designed for serious conversations. The stone conference table anchors the space with strength and clarity. Every element supports the idea of stability and permanence.

The executive office layers materials in a more dramatic way.

Stone, wood, and a sculptural 3D stretch ceiling create dimension overhead. An accent pendant hangs like a piece of art — visually striking, but fully functional. It defines the desk area and adds a refined focal point to the room.

Plants were introduced to soften the stronger architectural elements, bringing life and movement into a space defined by precision. For us, this project was about understanding the client’s identity, refining it through conversation, and translating it into materials, light, and finally - space.

We’re grateful to Maadi Law for trusting us with their new home — a space that reflects who they are and how they serve their clients.
